#ScienceForUkraine is a community group of volunteer students and research scientists from academic institutions in Europe and around the world.

#ScienceForUkraine’s mission is to collect and disseminate information about support opportunities at the university, national, and international level for graduate students and researchers directly affiliated to an academic institution in Ukraine.

On the initiative’s website: https://scienceforukraine.eu, a wide range of paid academic positions for scientists (PhD student or above), academic transfer opportunities for graduate and undergraduate students, as well as temporary housing are listed. If you know of an immediately available position or have the possibility to host a researcher from Ukraine in your research group or institution for a temporary period, please submit this information to #ScienceForUkraine.

There are a variety of ways in which you can help and even the smallest support makes a difference. The listings collected in our database contain following offers (often a combination of them):

• Scholarship/stipend
• Research visit
• Part time/full time employment
• Support for accompanying family members
• Office space
• Accommodation in a dormitory or institution guest quarters
• Computer with internet access
• Access to library and/or lab facilities
