Update (July 2026)

The submission deadline has now passed, and the review process is currently underway. We are aiming to conclude the review process around 1 September 2026, after which authors can expect to receive the review outcome shortly thereafter.

We are pleased to announce the Call for Papers for the DHNB 2026 post-proceedings, with a submission deadline of 15 May. Submissions are invited in the categories of long papers, short papers, and poster papers.

Authors who presented in other formats (such as panels or workshops) are also warmly invited to submit an article. Please select the track that best fits your contribution.

For workshop organisers, there is also the possibility of publishing workshop papers as a special issue of DHNB Publications. If you are interested in this option, please contact us at dhnb2026@cas.au.dk, and we will be happy to set up a separate track.

All accepted papers will be published in the Digital Humanities in the Nordic and Baltic Countries Publications series, launched by DHNB in 2023. The series provides an open-access venue for peer-reviewed conference proceedings and aims to showcase current research in digital humanities across the Nordic and Baltic region and beyond.
